Course Description

This aim of this workshop is to define the role of supervisor by looking at management techniques such as leadership, delegation, motivation and communication.  The course is designed to develop techniques and skills that supervisors can use to get the best out of their team and become a successful and effective leader.

Course Design

’Supervisory Skills’ is a one-day intensive tutor-led course that combines tutoring, discussion and practical work.

Target Audience

There are no prerequisites.  The course is suitable for new and experienced supervisors or team leaders who would like to improve their knowledge and skills in leadership.
