Course Design
This course aims to introduce managers, supervisors, team leaders and key personnel to the areas of expertise required to improve their interpersonal skills and those of their team.
Whatever their level of technical competence, management and key personnel need to be able to use interpersonal skills effectively in order to achieve their personal business objectives and improve their performance and that of their team members.
’Interpersonal Skills’ is a full-day intensive tutor-led course that combines tutoring, discussion and practical work.
Target Audience
This course is designed for any level of manager, supervisor, team leader or key personnel who have responsibility for good interpersonal relationships and performance within their team.
