Course Description

Course Design

’Project Management’ is a two-day intensive tutor-led course that combines tutoring, discussion and practical work.

There are no prerequisites.  The course is designed for personnel at all levels of management who are taking on the responsibility of project management for any size, complexity or timescale of project, and for those new to a project-management role.
