OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT
AP Courses is committed to protecting the privacy of clients and candidates alike. All information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001.
We will use our best efforts to ensure that information submitted to us remains private, and is used only for the purposes for which they are reasonably intended. All information is deleted that is no longer needed.
General Information Disclosure.
We will not disclose information about your individual visits to this website or any personal information that you provide, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number etc. to any outside parties, except where we believe the law requires it. We may however, share information with other members of the AP Group of companies in any of the locations worldwide where we are represented. The AP Group of companies include; AP Personnel, AP Executive and AP Courses. We may at times also use your information to contact you directly regarding new opportunities we have that you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive such information, please email siteadministration@ap-courses.com
Right of Access
If at anytime you require to view the personal data we hold on you, please contact us in writing (no emails accepted) to our Guernsey office (see contact us page for the address) with details of the information required, sufficient identification information and GBP £10 to cover the fee. We will respond to you in 60 calendar days.
Accurate & Up-to-date Data
If you wish to update the personal data that we currently hold on you, please email us at siteadministration@ap-courses.com with your new details.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO ORDERING YOUR COURSEWARE
System requirements in order to run our courseware
486DX2 66MHz CPU. Windows 95 or later with a Microsoft compatible mouse. At least 64MB RAM. SVGA monitor with at least 1MB video RAM running at least 800 x 600 resolution (256 colours). CD-ROM 2x speed. If you require audio, MPCI-compliant sound card with speakers or headphones.
Restrictions on the use of courseware supplied by Approved Courses once you have purchased a single user licence.
The customer agrees that the training materials must not be re-sold, lent or hired to any third party.
Purchasing courseware from AP Courses indicates your acceptance of these restrictions and any violation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the local law.
Limitation of Liability
Any use of courseware on the customer’s computer equipment or system is at the customer’s sole risk and the customer shall be responsible for the installation of any courseware, their compatibility and their effect on the customer’s computer hardware, software and operating systems.
General
You agree that e-mail can be used as a means of communication.
You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been accepted and payment has been received in full.
You must check that the details on this confirmation email are correct and you should print and keep a copy of it.
