Registrations

There are four ways to register for a course with AP Courses:

Book online via the website www.ap-courses.com

• Call AP Courses on 01534 629988 to reserve a place
• Fax the booking form to AP Courses on 01534 633099
• Post the booking form to AP Courses, PO Box 619, Charles House, Charles Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 0YT

Substitutions/Cancellations

Following receipt of your booking form and the appropriate fee, your place will be confirmed and you will receive a course confirmation. Full refunds will be made in respect of any cancellation made at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course.

Between 14 and 7 days prior to the course, a cancellation fee of 50% will be levied. For cancellations made within 7 days, the full fee will be charged. A substitute delegate may be named at any time.

Further Information

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of AP Courses to change the date or venue of the training.If the training course is cancelled, you will be contacted immediately and a full refund will be issued.

Although the delivery of our courses is very important to us, more so is the feedback we get from delegates. One of the many ways of continually improving our services is by obtaining and acting on the feedback we receive. Evaluation forms will be posted along with certificates, and they include areas to comment on the structure, process and outcome of the course together with an area for suggestions for future courses.

The evaluation forms are treated as confidential and the delegate can choose to remain anonymous.
